So many women are moving through life in a constant state of stress, overstimulation, exhaustion, tension, shallow breathing, poor sleep, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and feeling disconnected from themselves.
Our nervous systems were never designed to live in “go mode” all the time.
Winter Warmth is a gentle 6-week yoga series created to help women soften, breathe deeply, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with themselves again.
Through Sacred Feminine Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, grounding practices, gentle movement, tapping techniques, rest and womb-centred awareness, we begin teaching the body that it is safe to slow down.
This is not about perfection.
It is about creating space to exhale.
A space to warm up from the inside out.
This is a 6-week yoga series, with one class per week on Wednesdays.
