DESCRIPTION:So many women are moving through life in a constant state of stress\, overstimulation\, exhaustion\, tension\, shallow breathing\, poor sleep\, anxiety\, emotional overwhelm and feeling disconnected from themselves.\n\n\nOur nervous systems were never designed to live in “go mode” all the time.\n\n\nWinter Warmth is a gentle 6-week yoga series created to help women soften\, breathe deeply\, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with themselves again.\n\n\nThrough Sacred Feminine Yoga\, Yoga Nidra\, breathwork\, grounding practices\, gentle movement\, tapping techniques\, rest and womb-centred awareness\, we begin teaching the body that it is safe to slow down.\n\n\nThis is not about perfection.\nIt is about creating space to exhale.\n\n\nA space to warm up from the inside out.\n\n\nThis is a 6-week yoga series\, with one class per week on Wednesdays.\n\n\n Starts: 1 July 2026\n Wednesday: 18:00 – 19:15\n The Studio\, 10 Standard Drive\, Pine Park\, Linden\n R820.00 (total)
