Join the YTF for their annual year end workshop to be held at the Ishta School of Yoga and Health and laugh yourself happy!
PROGRAMME:
11.15am – 1.00pm: Laughing Yoga
Experience the essentials of laughter: health, joy and peace. Janine Grobler, laughter coach, therapist and trainer will lead us from serious to silly, to light-hearted glee. It is for anyone, everyone benefits. The techniques are much like those of pranayama, 20 minutes of this gentle aerobic exercise counteracts stress and increases cope-ability. The child-like innocence of spontaneous laughter bubbling in and through you, revitalises and clarifies body, mind and soul.
1.00pm – 2.00pm: Light, delicious vegetarian lunch
2.00 – 3.00pm: Health Talk
Claire Stephenson, Ayurvedic wellness consultant and yoga teacher discusses “Antioxidants for healthy aging… Are you getting enough?” Test your antioxidant level with a scan for immediate results.
3.00pm – 4.00pm: Mantra and movement chakra meditation
Maintain happy, open and upbeat energy as Marina Contardo teaches simple yet powerful vocalisation to set a new hightened frequency within your energetic system.
