Join Susan Sloan at Studio Kairos in Dunkel West, Johannesburg every Monday afternoon and Saturday morning starting on the 08th May 2023 for 26 classes of Hatha Yoga. You will over this period receive gentle coaching to feel the transformation this style of Yoga has on your mind,body and spirit

These yoga classes are ISHTA based, with personal sprinklings of creativity from Susan’s 23 years of yoga, healing and dance arts training over these years.

WHAT IS HATHA YOGA?
Moving Meditation that focuses on obtaining mind centred awareness through connection to the breath, using a series of Asanas or postures. With regular practice you learn to train the mind and body to reach a greater state of relaxation.

WHAT IS VINYASA FLOW YOGA?
This popular style of yoga coordinates breathing and physical movement and improves strength and flexibility. Each class has a unique sequence drawing the practitioner’s focus to the current moment. Vinyasa, also known as Flow Yoga, is suitable for people who like a strong, vigorous physical practice.

TOOLS USED DURING THE CLASS
Asana (Postures)
Sound and chanting
Pranayama – Breath techniques – to open and clear the energy centres
