Dale began his yoga journey over 20 years ago. What started as an early-morning discipline quickly became a profound source of calm, vitality and purpose. In 2010, Dale was diagnosed with colon cancer. Throughout this difficult time, yoga and yogic breathing became his lifeline and greatest healing tool. His recovery, including chemotherapy, became what he describes as a “Blessing.”
Through yoga, Dale feels connected and grounded. He feels blessed in being able to share yoga – the science and philosophy of well-being. He has taught yoga to students aged from two-and-a-half up to 93 years old. Dale currently teaches group and private classes from his home studio – BeingMe Yoga Studio and School in Saxonwold, at gyms, in The Wilds, at a rehabilitation centre, corporates and schools, and runs regular workshops and residential retreats.
