I am the founder of Womb Wisdom, a women’s wellbeing practice specialising in menopause coaching, pelvic strength support, womb health, and yoga-based hormonal care.
I work with women navigating perimenopause and menopause who are experiencing anxiety, hormonal shifts, pelvic instability, sleep challenges, or a sense of disconnection from their bodies. Through structured yoga, breath-led pelvic strengthening, and personalised menopause guidance, I help women feel calmer, informed, and physically supported during this transition.
My approach integrates movement science, nervous system regulation, and practical education in a way that is structured, accessible, and sustainable. I work alongside healthcare professionals and support women with tools they can confidently apply in their daily lives.
