1. Stand in front of a mirror and look straight into your eyes.
2. With a feeling of love, say to yourself, “I believe in myself.”
3. Keep repeating this phrase while staring into your eyes with love and compassion… and do it until you feel your self-confidence build up.
4. Repeat this every day and begin to notice how much better you’re feeling about yourself

Tip: Remember to say, “Thank you!” at the end, as gratitude always opens the door to more love and abundance in your life. 

Whether or not you can now see it, there is ALWAYS a way.
