Join us for our Yoga Charity Drive on 9 May 2026: a morning of movement, connection, and giving back.
Breathe, stretch, and support Woollies by bringing much-needed donations in place of a class fee.
7:00 | Kundalini with Dalene
A dynamic and energising practice that blends movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation. Kundalini Yoga is known for its uplifting, transformative effect on both body and mind.
8:00 | Slow Vinyasa with Olivia
A gentle flowing practice that links breath with movement in a slow, mindful rhythm. Slow Vinyasa helps build mobility, ease tension, and create a sense of inner stability.
9:00 | Strength Hatha with Erin
A steady, strong practice focused on building stability, endurance, and body awareness through held postures and intentional movement. Strength Hatha is both strengthening and centring.
10:00 | Calm Hatha with Suzette
A slower, more soothing Hatha practice designed to regulate the nervous system and invite balance into body and mind. Expect mindful movement and conscious breathing practices at a calming pace.
11:00 | Yin Yoga with Cassandra
A quiet, meditative practice where postures are held for longer to gently release deep connective tissues and encourage stillness. Yin Yoga encourages softness, patience, and deep rest.
12:00 | Yoga Nidra with Alexia
A guided yogic sleep practice for profound rest and nervous system restoration. Yoga Nidra is done lying down and offers deep relaxation for body, mind, and heart.
