Here is something lovely to look forward to: an online Integral Yoga retreat that will occur on 26 February (see attached).

You will need to bring the following to the retreat:
1. 1x hand towel
2. 1 x water bottle + tissue paper + saline solution (premix
your own)*
3. 1 x neti pot (for the jala neti kriya)
4. 1 x yoga mat
5. a cardigan or throw in case it gets cold
6. an eye pillow (not mandatory) for yoga nidra

We will include a lunch break at 12pm, on the day. As this is a cleansing retreat, I will send instructions for how to prepare traditional kichari.

I will guide all of the activities, carefully, so that you get the maximum benefit.
