We are so excited to experience the joy of moving our bodies and even more so for a great cause such as CANSA this Women’s Month! Together we will be resonating across the month and through different provinces building energy for CANSA and raising awareness!
Join us for a Nia class on 29 August, and stay afterwards to connect and listen to talks on health and wellness by Susan Sloan and a special guest speaker! Don’t forget to dress “inspired by magic!”
