Beginners Yoga Course

Ever wanted to try yoga but been too intimidated to go to a class? Done a few classes but not sure if you’re doing the poses correctly? If you answered yes to either of these questions then this course is for you! Over five weeks you will learn the correct alignment in the main yoga poses as well as some basic breathing exercises. At the end of the course you will feel confident enough to (re)start your yoga practice, whether in a studio class on online.
