Awakening Manipura Cakra

The third in the series of cakra workshops is entitled AWAKENING MANIPURA CAKRA and pertains to the lumbar lotus, our will and energy locus.

During this workshop, we will not only examine and understand this particular cakra in the metaphysical sense but also its importance on the physical and physiological levels; how to bring this cakra into balance through Yoga techniques including asana, pranayama, bandha and mudra, and meditation; mantra and scientific affirmations to negate negative thinking and a disease consciousness relative to this cakra; the impact of plant preparations on this cakra from the Ayurvedic, Western Aromatherapeutic and Herbalism standpoints, as well as the impact of nutritional habits on the proper functioning of the sacral cakra, for optimum health and vitality.

The course costs R800 per person and is open to a minimum of 10 people. Each person will receive notes, and the recording of the event will be made available to those who need it. A Zoom link will be provided to all online participants.
