During a recent escape from the hustle and bustle of Gauteng, I found myself enjoying the most wonderful yoga class taught by Pat Williamson, in her studio aptly named the ‘ Yoga Hut’,  which is situated in the Monzi village countryside of Northern KZN near St Lucia. The class, and my subsequent interaction with her, left me thinking that there must be an abundance of untold stories amongst our members, of how they came to Yoga and continue to pursue it’s practice in their daily lives.

My choice for the first of this series was most obviously Pat and I am deeply grateful to her for sharing the spirit of Yoga.
