MORNING YOGA: 11.30am – 1.00pm
George Demetriades’ style of Hatha yoga is characterised by strong holds, with an important emphasis on breathing and attention to fine movement detail, developing in students the principles of sthira sukham asanam (stability and effortlessness in yoga poses). George draws inspiration not only from his ISHTA background, but also from the teachings of the late Sri B.K.S. Iyengar, the physical practice of Ana Forrest and the spiritual teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda and Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri.

LUNCH: 1.00pm – 2.00pm
A delicious light vegetarian lunch as catered for by Nandiva

AFTERNOON:  Sacred Drum Journey,
2.00pm – 3.00pm

Ostensibly a shaman drum journey with a few lighter instruments to create flow, the soulful Sacred Drum Journey of Vaughan Harris and Paul Boyter combined is supported by many forms of voice and chants to create a deep, powerful and intense journey, not disimilar to the times we live in. The sound journey is a multi-sensory sound experience created to shift you mentally, physically and spiritually into a calm, peaceful and energised state.
