Meditation is the state of harmony and flow we aspire to that goes beyond the original topic, irrespective of how noble – ie mantra, yantra, creative visualisation or concept. Meditation: Tolerance is open mindedness rather than avoidance of responsibility.
It is acceptance of different view points and fairness toward people who hold them. Patience isn’t simply waiting for something to change. It’s the ability to manage our emotional energies from a state of ease, especially if things don’t happen to suit our desires in the moment. Tolerance and patience are powerful heart frequencies of love that are building blocks of inner and outer peace. They radiate into the field environment and can help calm erratic emotional energies; this draws to us the wisdom and intelligence of what to do that serves the highest best of all concerned.
Quietly feel your breath until inhalation and exhalation are calm and smooth. Heart coherence is a state in which the heart, mind and emotions are in harmonious alignment; this synergy, when heart and mind work together, enhances health and performance in a wide range of contexts.
