Inner Wellness Studio and Conscious Cooking with Diego and Nalini will be hosting a Durban City Roof Top Yoga Fund-Raiser Event on Friday, 30th September  from 18:00 – 19:30 to raise money for their friends at the Claremont Good News Church.

The proceeds will go towards setting up a natural,organic, vegetable garden and rainwater harvesting system for the church.

Nalini and Diego are looking forward to sharing Yoga, concious cooking and fresh veggies with Mdu Mbutho, the kids and the community
