Advanced Yoga Club

Please take note that the Advanced Yoga Club hosted by the Hiranya Mandala School of Yoga will convene again on Sunday, 26 July. The venue as indicated is Valley Wellness Centre, 22 Valley Road, Bordeaux in Johannesburg. The session will start at 10:00 and culminate at 11:30 on the day. The cost is R250 per person.

The aim of this club is to help people advance their yogasana practices, however, one must be, at least, at an intermediate level of practice before one can attend these sessions. Please do not book if you are a complete beginner.

Kindly book your place by Friday, 24 July to avoid disappointment as I will be capping the attendance to 10 people.
