Training Structure
Total Hours: 100+ (75 Contact Hours and 25 Non‑Contact Hours)
Duration:
One‑year
First 6 months: Guided learning, philosophy, anatomy & methodology
Second 6 months: Practical teaching experience and integration

Format:
Weekly sessions on Wednesdays from 16:00 – 18:00 (2 hours)
Three extended Saturday sessions (5 hours each)
