Kriya Yoga: Weekend Retreat
The Johannesburg family of the dynastic lineage of Kriya yoga is conducting a weekend retreat to share deep spiritual insights and practices of Kriya for those interested in exploring the profound benefits of the science of breath for holistic wellbeing, meditation and personal transformation.

Part 3: Consolidation and integration of kriya practice in body, mind and life
DATES:
Friday 19th Sept: 7.00pm to 8.30pm (Part 1)
Venue: ISHTA School of Yoga & Health.
Saturday 20th Sept:10.00am to 3.30pm (Part 2)
Sunday 21st Sept: 10.00am to 3.30pm (Part 3)
Venue for the initiation programme (Part 2 and Part 3) will be given at the talk
Participation in Part 1 is a requirement to attend Parts 2 and 3.
It is open to all, free of charge.
Joel Perry is an authorised teacher of Kriya Yoga by Shibendu Lahiri from the dynastic lineage of Lahiri Mahasaya, whose inspirational life as a householder yogi has been the foundational legacy for this knowledge worldwide. He is also a trained Acharya Avadhuta in yoga and meditation and has integrated this knowledge in his daily life. He lives in Johannesburg and has been sharing his insights over several years.
