Join us for a 4-week online journey to a Lighter Mind & Emotions starting this Friday, 8 August 2025During this journey we will explore the following weekly themes and how they influence each other: (1) beliefs, (2) thoughts, (3) emotions, (4) behaviour. Each week will include practical and well as theoretical components with continued coaching and support throughout the 4-weeks.
