Denise Schmidt and Adele de Jesus, both certified YYI teachers, will be hosting a wonderful Yoga Day.

The day’s events include a line up of four different,  half hour sessions each taught by an accredited YYI  instructor of which Chantel Stakovic (Goodness) is one. A scrumptious,vegetarian lunch catered for by Nims Catering. The day ends of a peaceful note with a calming and restorative meditation.
