Presented by Vanessa, a 500hr accredited Yoga Alliance Teacher, this workshop is the second in a 2 part series and comprises :Upasanas and Tri-Dosha Balancing Series, Pranayama, Bhandas, Kriyas, guided Meditation and Question and Answer session.
