YTF Yoga Day: Inspiration, Expanded Awareness and Fun

Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Meditation (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) to release stress & balance the emotions – led by Jennifer Fitzsimmons followed by a Book signing of her recently published Yoga book, Pathways to Wellness: Simple yogic truths to implement for a healthy, happy and fulfilled life.

North Coast based Jennifer (Sadasat Kaur) is a Life coach specialising in Stress Management and Wellness, an Ishta Yoga Teacher and as a musician and author has released Yoga DVDs, Yoga Nidra and guided meditation CD, which can be purchased together with the book.

Enhanced Yoga Stretch and Massage, done in a restorative manner, with Patsy Finger: Enhanced Stretch is experiential, deepens asana awareness and is profoundly healing. It is a combination of hands on adjustment and alignment, Thai massage and yoga asana. We will experience the adjustment and practice the enhanced stretch on each other.

Patsy brings years of international experience (her own Yoga studio in Boca Raton, Florida, US) together with her love of the Ishta Tradition, (founded by Mani and expanded in New York by his son Alan Finger) and restorative yoga to this massage method. Her eclectic approach includes energy healing and yoga inspiration.
