How can we avoid random injuries while practicing yoga?
Sometimes we practice and practice all is good, then all of a sudden we develop precise pains we cannot understand the origins and start to be “scared” to practice more.
All is about anatomy and physical fragilities.
With simple awareness of a few alignment tricks, avoiding shoulders problems, lower back pains and knee defections can heal you FOREVER.
Practicing in a hot studio is great for flexibility BUT if not aware about certain “limits” of your physical structure, you can also easily damage your tissues.
