DESCRIPTION:Join us at Wathaba for our very first Spring Renewal Yoga Retreat from 12-14 September 2025\n\n\nYou can expect a weekend of stillness\, mindful movements\, time in nature and moments to enjoy the spring season of renewal – giving you a break from the rush of everyday living.\n\n\nThe Yoga classes over the weekend will focus on stress-relief and calming the nervous system. There will be 2 styles of yoga – both suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility: Calm Hatha and Yin Yoga\n\n\nWe will also have sound healing sessions that will be set in nature using Tibetan Singing Bowls. The sound from the bowls is both heard and felt to create a calming and deeply meditative experience.\n\n\nThere will also be time to explore Wathaba’s breathtaking hiking trails\, the 4km Bosbok route and 10km Lynx Loop which offer a variety of stunning waterfalls and awe-inspiring views.\n\n\nAll meals will be included from Friday dinner to Sunday brunch.
