DESCRIPTION:I am offering a Yoga Day Retreat on Saturday\, 18 July at the Valley Wellness Centre.\n\n\nYogini Aletta Prinsloo and I will be working together to make this a memorable experience for you. We are bringing you a comprehensive yoga experience which will benefit you on the physical\, mental and spiritual levels.\n\n\nThe itinerary is as follows:\n\n\n10:00 – 11:00: Yoga postural practice (Georgios)\n\n\n11:00 – 11:30: Kriya practice (Georgios)\n\n\n11:30 – 12:00: Pranayama (Aletta)\n\n\n12:00 – 12:30: Yoga Nidra (Aletta)\n\n\n12:30 – 13:30: Vegetarian Lunch\n\n\n13:30 – 14:00: Meditation (Georgios)\n\n\n14:00 – 14:45: Herbal teas and light refreshments will be serviced\n\n\n14:45 – 15:00: Retreat closes\n\n\nThe retreat will start at 10am and culminate at 3pm. The cost is R700 and includes lunch\, teas and light refreshments.
