SUMMARY:Pranayama Panorama
DESCRIPTION:I am offering my Pranayama Panorama workshop again which exposes the student to the science of life mastery through the medium of the breath. In this introductory-level workshop\, we will explore the theoretical underpinnings\, and you will learn simple breathing techniques which can enhance your life and improve your health. Through correct and reverent practice of pranayama techniques\, one can also access deep states of stillness which are conducive of the exploration of higher states of consciousness through scientific meditation.\n\n\nThe workshop will occur at the Valley Wellness Centre in Bordeaux Johannesburg on Saturday\, 29 August from 10:00 until 11:30. The cost is R350 per person. Each person will receive notes.\n\n\nKindly book your attendance of the workshop by no later than Thursday\, 27 August.\n\n\nThank you and see you there.
