The Hiranya Mandala School of Yoga Integration and Meditation is offering a deep-cleansing Yoga Day Retreat on 10 December, from 11am to 3pm. Please note that this will be the last event for the year. The cost is R700 per person. You will also require a neti pot. Neti pots are charged at R150 per unit and can be ordered through the school directly. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along to this event. Attendance is limited to 15 people.
