Celebratory NIA Dinner: Introducing Nia

December 4 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us at Dolci Café (Shop 6, Lancaster Village, 28 Clarence Avenue, Craighall Park) on Tuesday 4 December for a joyful experience. You will be introduced to, as well as have a taste and feel of, Nia, the most advanced form of fusion fitness, blending the dance arts, martial arts, healing arts and self-healing to create a high-powered, synergistic workout that will not only keep you in fantastic shape, but will also help you to rediscover the joy of movement and being at home in your body.

The evening begins at 18h30 with welcome snacks and cocktails, and then we’ll have an introduction to Nia as well as a demonstration that embodies the catchphrase: through movement we find health. Afterwards, you can chat to Nia teachers around Joburg who will be able to answer any questions, and tell you about their classes.

Our guest of honour is the exceptional and visionary Mam Khanyi, who is the founder of the Home of Hope for Girls. Studio Kairos is proud and humbled to be one of her sponsors contributing to a worthy cause which offers a safe environment for exploited girls, giving them real choices and a chance in life.

New to Nia? Come and receive your gift of classes for a week, free of charge! And there will be more spot prizes during the course of the evening.

For those of you who have been doing Nia regularly for a while, use this opportunity to celebrate with us and bring your friends to the event for an introduction to Nia.

The spend is small, the rewards are big. Make a decision now to join us with a payment of R200 by Monday 26 November to secure your seat at this event.
