SUMMARY:Breathing Through The Chakras
DESCRIPTION:Don’t just breathe. Explore where your breath takes you.\n\n\nDiscover a different dimension of conscious breathing — an experiential journey that brings together purposeful breathing patterns\, guided visualisation and the ancient yogic wisdom of the Nadis and Chakras.\n\n\nJourney through the seven major energy centres\, exploring the subtle pathways of prana and deepening your awareness of the relationship between breath\, energy and your inner landscape.\n\n\nEngage your senses through carefully selected essential oils and specially designed tactile anchors\, bringing the experience of each energy centre into a more tangible\, personal and embodied awareness of your inner energy landscape.\n\n\nThis is an invitation to move beyond conventional breathwork\, explore the connection between breath and your subtle energy system\, and discover a deeper pathway to inner awareness and connection.\n\n\nAnd the journey doesn’t end when the workshop does!\nTake home your own specially curated tactile anchor kit\, together with a workshop manual\, to revisit\, practise and deepen your experience long after the session.
