DESCRIPTION:Come to my Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga workshops in June and level up.\n\n\n\n\n\nMy Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga workshops are always a hit\, and this time there is a twist (pardon the pun) in the tale\, I will be offering the Intermediate Series (Nadi Shodhana) as well\, for the first time.\n\n\nNote: The Intermediate Series is for those who are thoroughly acquainted with the Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa) as it is physically demanding.\n\n\nThe workshops are open to 10 people on a first come first served basis.
