DESCRIPTION:As the season slowly turns and the air begins to soften into autumn\, I’m offering a six-week yoga series in the studio called Autumn Glow.\n\n\nThis will be gentle\, beginner-friendly yoga designed especially for women who would like to move slowly\, stretch\, breathe deeply and reconnect with their bodies in a calm and supportive space.\n\n\nWe’ll focus on simple movements\, grounding\, heart-opening stretches and awareness of the pelvic and womb space\, with plenty of options and modifications for beginners.\n\n\nNo experience is needed at all.
