DESCRIPTION:One of the most difficult aspects of changing ourselves is to put consciousness into our unconscious. The more we dig into the unconscious\, the more we have the possibility to transform ourselves. One way to access our unconscious is through Yoga Nidra. During Yoga Nidra we leave the waking state\, go past the dreaming state and go into a deep sleep\, yet remain awake. It is in this state that one is able to imprint healing suggestions directly to the sub conscious mind. The messages are suggested in the positive as though the suggestion has already occurred as the sub conscious takes everything as fact and with frequent repetition it becomes very powerful and remains there bringing about transformation to the persona\, how we see and react to life\, and how we experience life. \nPathways Academy of Life – 100 Hour Yoga Nidra Teachers Training is a 10 -day curriculum in the ancient art and secrets of yoga\, its traditions\, psychology\, philosophy and techniques to attain Self-realization. This training teaches one how to integrate the age-old teachings and modern-day life\, into a way of being\, bringing balance\, inner peace and fulfilment to life. \nWho this is for:  Those that wish to transform their life\, awaken and merge with their soul\, deepen their knowledge and experience of Yoga\, heal themselves and others through the study\, knowledge and wisdom of the Ancient Art of Yoga Nidra Tradition and have a passion to share this experience. \nThe cost of training includes accommodation\, all meals\, daily teacher training and certification\, daily yoga classes\, course materials (Training manual\, class video’s\, Yoga Nidra audio recordings) and weekend excursions.
